Partner Program Terms

These terms are an agreement between you and FourMeasure, Inc. ("FourMeasure", "we", "us") about the FourMeasure Partner Program (the "Program"), our paid referral program. You accept them when you check the box on the partner setup screen. They add to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, which still apply.

1. Joining

• You must be 18 or older and have a FourMeasure account in good standing with a verified phone number.
• You apply, and we decide who joins. Applying does not guarantee acceptance or payment.
• When we approve you, we set your activation date. Only accounts created on or after that date can count for you.
• One partner membership per person. You may not take part through a second account.
• Your referral code is your FourMeasure username. While you are an active partner you can't change your username, so the code you've shared keeps working. If you need a new one, email us.

2. Who counts

A person you refer counts once all of these are true:

1. They created a new FourMeasure account on or after your activation date.
2. They entered your code within 7 days of creating their account.
3. Their account has a verified phone number that has never been on another FourMeasure account, including deleted ones.
4. They finished the setup steps: added a profile photo, made one original post (reposts and quote reposts don't count), and followed 4 accounts.

Someone who already had an account, entered your code later than 7 days after joining, or used a phone number from an earlier account doesn't count, even if they finish the steps. Our records decide whether and when each of these happened.

3. What you earn

• A "day" for the streak is a calendar day in that person's own time zone with at least one original music post. Reposts and quote reposts don't count.
• Bringing in partners: you earn the $10 only for partners we recorded as brought in by you when we approved them. It goes one level only: you earn nothing from the people your partners bring in.
• Levels: your level goes up as more of your people count — Level 1 at 3, Level 2 at 8, Level 3 at 15 and Level 4 at 30. Levels are a status only; no money comes with them.
• Earned stays earned. We record each amount the moment it's earned. If the person later removes their photo, deletes a post, unfollows, or deletes their account, you keep it, except as section 7 allows.

4. Getting paid

• 14-day check. Each amount is reviewed for 14 days after it's earned, then becomes ready to cash out.
• $20 minimum. You can cash out once at least $20 is ready. A cash out is always your full ready balance, and you can have one cash out in progress at a time.
• Methods. We pay by PayPal, Venmo or Zelle, sent by hand from FourMeasure's account. Payments usually arrive within 2 to 3 business days of your request, but we don't guarantee a date.
• Your payout details are your responsibility. Check the email, phone number or username you give us. If money goes to the wrong person because the details you gave were wrong, we don't have to pay it again.
• Zelle can't be reversed. We show you your Zelle details to confirm before you send the request.
• If a payment fails or bounces, we mark it failed and tell you why, the amount goes back to your ready balance, and you can correct your details and cash out again.
• Checks. We may hold a cash out while we look into it. It still shows as on its way.
• No fees. We don't charge you to cash out. Your payment service may have its own fees.
• When you leave. If your participation ends, we pay whatever is ready (even under $20) if you email us within 90 days. Amounts still in their 14-day check are paid once the check ends.

5. Taxes and the yearly limit

• You are not our employee. You take part as an independent participant. You are not our employee, agent or legal partner, and you can't make promises or sign anything for FourMeasure.
• Your taxes. You are responsible for any taxes on what you earn.
• $1,900 a year. We pay you up to $1,900 per calendar year in total, counting everything FourMeasure pays you that year, not just Program earnings (for example, creator fees). A cash out that would take you past it is paused until you give us your tax information (such as IRS Form W-9). We may issue tax forms, such as a 1099, as the law requires.

6. How you may promote FourMeasure

• Say you're paid. When you promote FourMeasure, say clearly that you earn money for referrals, for example "#ad" or "I get paid when you join with my code". The law requires this.
• Be honest. Don't make false or misleading claims about FourMeasure, or say you work for us or speak for us.
• No spam. Don't send unwanted bulk messages, texts or emails, and follow the rules of the places you post your code.
• No paying for sign-ups. Don't pay, reward or bribe people to sign up or finish the steps, and never offer anything for app store ratings or reviews.
• No fake accounts. Don't create accounts, use bots or automation, or have anyone do it for you, to earn rewards. Don't refer yourself, and don't refer people who already have an account.
• Our brand. Don't run ads on our name or logo, or present yourself as an official FourMeasure account, without our written permission.

7. Holds, removal and changes

• Breaking these terms. If we find you broke these terms — for example with fake accounts or self-referrals — we may cancel the earnings involved and any unpaid balance, and remove you from the Program.
• Leaving. You can leave at any time by emailing us.
• Removal for other reasons. We may end your participation at any time. If it isn't because you broke these terms, you keep what you earned and it's paid as section 4 describes.
• Changes. We may change or end the Program or these terms. Changes apply from the date we post them, not to money you already earned. When the terms change you'll be asked to accept the new version before using your partner dashboard again.

8. Your information

• What you see about others. Your dashboard shows the usernames of the people who used your code, which setup steps they've finished, whether they count (and if not, why), their streak progress and what each earned you. Use this only to help them get set up; don't share it or use it for anything else.
• What we keep about you. Your name, date of birth, payout details, which terms you accepted and when, and your earnings and payment records. We use them to run the Program, pay you, prevent fraud and meet tax and legal duties, as our Privacy Policy describes.
• Signing in. You sign in to the partner website with the phone number on your account and a code we text you. You stay signed in on that browser for up to 7 days.

9. Everything else

Our Terms of Service still apply, including the governing law (Florida) and how disputes are handled. If these terms and the Terms of Service disagree about the Program, these terms win.
